The Clinical Medicine, Nursing Service Leirivida consists of qualified and trained professionals, of higher and technical level, in continuous professional development according to the specialty and who treat patients with individualized care, caring daily for the quality of care and satisfaction of the sick.

The Clinical Nursing shares the humanitarian values of the institution related to ethics, social commitment, excellence, humanization, training and reliability, plus also the values inherent to professional activity developed that add solidarity, empathy and emphasis on respect to human dignity.

For medical emergency is meant a severe clinical condition suddenly manifested. Medical emergencies depend on the physician's discretion, since it will only be attended to at home patients with really urgent clinical situations.
The service order will be based on the arrival order of of applications and the degree of urgency set by the doctor on the basis of complaints. The Home Care application involves telecommunication of medical symptoms and must allow for the travel time of the doctor to the patient's address.

To the home of the patient, the doctor moves with a properly equipped medical vehicle. In home emergencies, medications will be provided to the beginning of the prescribed treatment, avoiding the night dislocation to the pharmacy.
